After a career-ending injury in her third year playing professionally, Wumi transitioned into coaching, blending her on-court experience with her academic achievements, including an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She coached for elite organizations such as the Raptors 905 in the NBA G-League and Queen’s University, developing a reputation for her holistic approach to athlete development. By focusing on mental and emotional well-being alongside athletic performance, Wumi builds resilient, confident athletes who succeed both in sports and life.
